Terms & Conditions

1. Orders
   •    Minimum order quantity: 500 garments per design
   •    Orders are confirmed after 50% advance payment
   •    Design, size ratio, and colors must be finalized before production

2. Pricing
   •    Prices are wholesale and exclude shipping & taxes
   •    Any change in fabric or accessories may affect price
   •    Quotation valid for 7 days only

3. Payment Policy
   •    50% advance, 50% before dispatch
   •    Payments accepted via bank transfer/Zelle/cash (as applicable)
   •    Goods will not be released without full payment

4. Production & Delivery
   •    Production time: 10–21 working days (depends on quantity)
   •    Delivery time varies by location
   •    Maan Holding Inc is not responsible for courier delays

5. Returns & Exchange
   •    No return on customized or bulk orders
   •    Exchange only if manufacturing defect is reported within 48 hours
   •    Items must be unused with original packing

6. Quality Assurance
   •    All products are checked before dispatch
   •    Minor variation in color may occur due to photography or fabric dye

7. Cancellation
   •    Order cancellation allowed within 24 hours of confirmation
   •    Advance is non-refundable after production starts

8. Liability
   •    Company is not liable for misuse of garments
   •    Buyer is responsible for correct size and design selection

9. Intellectual Property
   •    Designs and brand name Maan Holding Inc cannot be copied or resold under another label without permission
